Essential Tips for Exam Hall

What to do a day before the exam and

Essential Tips for Exam Hall:

Board examinations have been started and the main subject examinations are going to be start after the next one or two days.

At present, the situation of class 10 students is similar to that of an air passenger, traveling for the first time. A curiosity, restlessness , tension and fear of the new environment !

This restlessness and fear are short-lived and as the Aeroplan gains speed in the sky, the passengers start enjoying the journey peacefully.

Therefore, the students who are going to appear in the examination, do not need to panic at all and keep their mind calm for the entire 3 hours to enjoy the journey of the examination and reach their destination.

Let us know what things should be kept in mind before the examination so that one does not have to face any problem:

******************************

** One day before the exam, make sure to find out the exact location of your exam center and how much time it will take to reach there.

** There is no need to be panic on the first day of the exam. Before going to bed at night, write down and revise the notes prepared by you carefully and try to get 6 to 8 hours of healthy sleep.

** On the day of examination, wake up on time and have light breakfast. Before going to the examination center, check your admit card and the materials used in the examination. Try to reach the examination center 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

** Before leaving home, check that you have kept your admit card, two-three pens, pencils and other things properly.

** After sitting in the examination hall, make sure that you do not have any material related to the examination by mistake. Also check carefully around your seat.

** Before the commencement of the examination, make proper use of the 15 minutes given to read the question paper, write down the roll number and other details.  Read the question paper guidelines carefully and fill the details like roll number, center number, your name, subject name, subject code etc. correctly. If there is any problem, take help from the invigilator  present in the room.

** Before starting the question paper, check carefully whether you know well the answers to the questions in the beginning part of the question paper or any other part. Start answering the question paper from that part where you can answer the questions well. The examiner forms an impression of your aptitude and ability on the basis of the questions you solve initially. Therefore, try to make an impact on him with the questions answered in the beginning.

** Before starting the exam, try to concentrate and keep your mind calm. Solve the question paper by remaining concentrated and calm during the examination period.

** While writing answers to questions in the exam, make sure to write the question number or answer number. While writing the answer, ensure that there is minimum overwriting and cutting. While solving question papers of Hindi, English or other subjects, use figures of speech of that language, lines of poems and statements of related persons in essay and paragraph questions.

** Leave at least two lines blank between the answers to two questions. This will not cause any confusion to the examiner while checking the answer sheet and will also have a good impression on the examiner. The examiner also tries to know your ability and capability through your writing. Therefore, answer the questions in clear writing.

** Before submitting the answer sheet, check the answers carefully to ensure that there are no mistakes in them. Even if you have solved the question paper before time, do not submit the answer sheet and try to solve the question which has not been solved or try to improve the old answer.

                             Best wishes
